Q. How can I check if my order has been shipped?
A. Please email: sally@perfectionskinclinic.co.uk or telephone us on 01603 666616 and we can confirm this for you. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. However due to postal delays it can take up to 7 days for you delivery to arrive. We will contact you by email or telephone if your order will be subject to any delay.
Q. Does Perfection Skin Clinic have a printed catalogue?
A. yes we do please request one at the help desk
Q. Can I exchange or return merchandise?
A. We do not offer refunds except in accordance with consumer regulations. We are happy to exchange a product within 7 days of purchase as long as the product has not been used. We cannot offer this service on Make-up.
