Welcome to Perfection Skin Clinic. Please take some time to read the following conditions applicable to the use and enjoyment of products and services provided by this website.

2. No contract of sale of any product will exist between you and Perfection Skin Clinic until Perfection Skin Clinic accepts your order by confirming that we have received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered.

3. Payment. Perfection Skin Clinic is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by cheque, this would be the clearing of the funds represented by the cheque. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Perfection Skin Clinic may cancel the transaction and affect a full refund.

4. Whilst Perfection Skin Clinic uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the Site, Perfection Skin Clinic makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Perfection Skin Clinic and its agents assume no responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction that you take based on the information, promotions, services, products or other material on the Site. Returns Policy

Please call Perfection Skin Clinic on 01603 66 66 16 to obtain advice before sending any goods back to us.

All returned goods should be sent insured via recorded delivery to Perfection Skin Clinic, 11, Merchants Court, St. Georges Street, Norwich, NR3 1AB.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We do not collect goods.

For your own protection you should retain a proof of postage in case the goods are damaged or lost in transit. Perfection Skin Clinic requests that goods should be returned in their original sealed packaging where possible, unless they are faulty or have been received in a damaged condition.
Perfection Skin Clinic will make a charge for damaged or missing items, as this may affect the total amount credited to you.

Perfection Skin Clinic does not accept liability for:
a) Goods delivered to work/ alternative addresses, given by the cardholder, which has been signed for by anyone other than the cardholder.
b) Delivery delays

Processing of orders
Credit and debit cards are debited before Perfection Skin Clinic ships items.
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the United Kingdom. English law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this website.
