3 Steps to a healthy tan - Step 1 - Exfoliate in the bath or shower using St. Tropez Body Polisher concentrating on the elbows, knees, ankles and feet. Step 2 - Apply St. Tropez Body Moisturiser to the elbows, knees, ankles and feet. Step 3 - Applying the tanning lotion, The Face - The tan can be applied full strength to the face or custom blended to a lighter shade by mixing the product in equal proportions with St. Tropez Body Moisturiser. The more moisturiser you use, the lighter the tan will be. Spread the tan/ mixture evenly to the face. Using a mix of tan and moisturiser blend the mixture towards the collar bone. Wash your hands. The Legs - Put on tight fitting latex gloves to prevent staining of the hands. Apply the tan with an even stroking movement finishing at the ankle. Work the tan gently over the area until it turns into a creamy consistency (lotion only). Blend the tan into the feet using St. Tropez Body Moisturiser. With a tissue remove any tan from the toenails. Check that you have not missed any areas. If you have simply fill in the gaps. The Mid Section - Repeat as for the legs, taking the tan up to the neck and up the front and back of you body. The Arms - Apply the product to the outer arms finishing at the wrist. Mix the tan and moisturiser in equal proportions and apply to the inner arm taking it up to the wrist. The Hands - Remove gloves and thoroughly moisturise your hands. Apply a small amount of tan to the back of one hand and rub together with the back of the other. Blend the tan into the hands using the moisturiser. Finish by rubbing the hands togther with Tan Remover or by tissueing off tan from palms and fingernails. Aftercare - The guide colour may look slightly streaky. This is normal. After the tan has dried gently stroke off any streaks using a soft mitt. If you are tanning in the evening before bed, or with mousse or aero bronze, the buffing is not necessary. Shower off the guide colour at least 4 hours after the application. The longer you leave the tan on, the darker the finished result. Use St. Tropez Body Moisturiser daily to maintain your tan. Ensure your tan fades evenly. Exfoliate every other day with St. Tropez Body Polisher.

Golden rules: Run a bath as you would usually, pour 2 cap full’s of oil into the water. Soak in the bath. Massage your skin in circular motions with the gentle exfoliating cloth to help remove self tan build up. After bathing, moisturise your skin with ST. TROPEZ BODY MOISTURISER or BODY BUTTER. For best results we recommend you wait 12 hours before reapplying self tan. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED TO CORRECT SELF TAN MISTAKES

Use to prepare the skin by moisturising the dry areas of your body to ensure that the tan does not 'cling' e.g around the knees and elbows. It has the same aloe vera base ensuring it matches perfetly with the tanning lotion. It contains L-Tyrosine which is a tan accelrator. Apply every day 2 weeks prior to going on holiday to help maximise your sun tan!

Use 2-3 times a week to wet skin and work it into each area then rinse off. Leaving the skin thoroughly cleansed and free from dead skin cells. Ingredients contained in other body exfoliants could potentially harm the result of your St. Tropez Tan, e.g Exfoliants containing fruit acids can turn your tan a strange colour. Whe your tan begins to fade, body polisher will help ensure that it fades evenly while at the same time preparing your skin for your next St. Tropez application.

Golden rules for the perfect tan: Exfoliate with St. Tropez Body Polish before moisturizing dry areas thoroughly with St. Tropez Body Moisturizer (elbows, knees, ankles and feet due to overspray settling). Help protect light eyebrows and hair line with a little extra moisturizer. Then, hold the nozzle about 6” away from your skin and spray all over. Blend with your hand or mitt if necessary to make sure you’re covered as it’s only missed areas that can look patchy. Once you’ve got even coverage wait until you’re touch-dry before getting dressed. Try not to get wet, or sweat, for at least four hours. Finally, shower off to reveal a perfectly golden, natural looking tan. To maintain, re-apply a couple of times a week, nourish daily with St. Tropez Body Moisturizer and smooth with regular exfoliation for ultimate results
